Some of you felt the weight of the last message- not from fear, but because truth uncovered what you could no longer ignore. If you’ve been involved in anything that opens the door to darkness – whether knowingly or unknowingly – God is still inviting you back. His arms are open, but repentance is the door. This post isn’t here to condemn you. It’s here to give you a way out. A way home.
What is Repentance?
Repentance is not about performance. It’s not about trying to “earn” your way back to God. It’s about turning your heart, mind, and actions back to Him. It’s about breaking agreement with the enemy and stepping back into alignment with the truth of who God is – and who you are in Him.
“Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord.” — Acts 3:19
You may have been taught dark practices. You may have followed family lines or spiritual teachers who led you into things that felt powerful but were rooted in rebellion against God. You may have even thought you were helping people while using energy work, rituals, or words that God never ordained.
Here’s the truth: God saw you. He still sees you. And He’s calling you out of that into something real, clean, and eternal.
A Prayer of Repentance
You don’t need to perform this. You don’t need to get everything perfect. Speak this with sincerity. If any parts of this resonate deeply, pause and sit with God. Let Him minister to you directly.
Father, I come before You in full honesty.
I have walked with things You never intended for me. I’ve opened doors to practices, spirits, and beliefs that did not come from You. I’ve sought power, control, and clarity outside of Your will. And today, I see it for what it is.

I break every agreement I’ve made with darkness – spoken or unspoken, inherited or chosen. I break ties with every ritual, energy, and teaching that was not born of Your Spirit. I reject the lies, the illusions, and the false sense of safety they gave me.
I repent. Wash me clean. Set me apart again for Your will. Align my mind with truth. Align my heart with love. Align my spirit with Your Holy Spirit.
I forgive myself. I receive Your mercy. And I renounce every lie that says I can’t come back. I can – and I am – because You said so.
Jesus, I receive Your sacrifice. I accept the covering of Your blood. I surrender my life to Your hands, and I ask You to restore everything I gave away, everything that was stolen, and everything I never knew I lost.
I belong to You and only You.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Keep Walking Forward
You don’t have to go back. You don’t owe darkness anything. You don’t owe family patterns or spiritual titles your loyalty. If you’ve turned back to God, He has received you. Now it’s time to walk forward.
Stay in the Word. Get quiet with God daily. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you what to let go of, and what to pick up. If this message was for you, then let it mark a new beginning. You are not alone. God is not playing about His people. And He is not playing about you.
